Payment Policy

  • This payment policy applies to all individuals.
  • Payment for each therapy service must be made prior to each session.
  • Theracare Physical Therapy accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • All credit card payments will appear on your bank statement. In order to maintain your confidentiality, your statement would not display the name of the service, just our initials.

Cancellation Policy

On the path to health and fitness, you need to be regular and steadfast. Regular sessions facilitate fast recovery but to facilitate your busy schedule, we provide a cancellation policy.

  • In case you can’t make it to an appointment, kindly inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
  • Cancellations made after the 24-hour time-slot, will not be accepted.
