Trifecta Comp, LLC is a Physical Therapy provider of quality Physical Medicine Services, Occupational Services, and Wellness Programs.
Trifecta Comp, LLC was organized in 2000 as an onsite provider of services to help all involved in work related injuries to WIN. Specifically, the injured worker receives the personal yet progressive care necessary to WIN from a work altering injury with improved strength and function. Trifecta Comp performs this progressive care to improve the injured worker's functional outcome for the physician of record's plan of care. This benefits the physician of record via a shorter total treatment time for the patient. Thus, returning the injured worker back to work in a timely manner. This effort also allows the Client's employer to WIN in terms of proper, objective documentation of the worker's progression and ability before returning to work. This progressive and functional effort allows all third party/worker's compensation payers to WIN in terms of improved outcomes which may decrease premium costs while improving health service capability of their employer clients.

Trifecta Comp, LLC offers employers’ a full range of industrial services to support Worker's Compensation Claims and assist Human Resources personnel in managing the costs related to Work Related and Non-Work Related Injuries. One of these services is the Transitional Work Program Development.
This program was established by the Bureau of Worker's Compensation to help employers control the rising costs of work injury claims. National statistics show that indirect costs (decreased production, overtime expense, legal costs, etc.) are four times greater than any direct claim expense. This program allows you to return your injured worker to the job as soon as safely possible before the worker is 100% recovered. Injured workers participate in work activities as soon as they are medically able which allows for a smoother transition back to the regular duty. BWC currently provides grant money to pay for the establishment of this program for any state funded employer.
The Transitional Work Program includes five (5) elements:
- Claims history and review of employee demographics.
- Company policy and procedure review with recommendations for streamlining work injury processes.
- Job analysis of various job classifications within the company.
- Employee training on new policies/procedures.
- Quality assurance and methods to measure outcomes of the program.
Trifecta Comp, LLC also offers employers the objective tools to be successful with the Transitional Work Program whether it is work related or non-work related.
