Mr. Carr is the President and Director of TheraCare Physical Therapy. He has practiced Orthopedic and Sports Medicine care since 1979. Working exclusively in the musculoskeletal area, he has developed various programs of care including those for the Low Back, Urinary Incontinence, and Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Reconstruction.

Mr. Carr also works in the industrial setting helping injured workers return to work in a safe and time efficient manner through the use of body mechanics training and ergonomic adaptations. Mr. Carr is certified through the Bureau of Worker's Compensation as an accredited transitional work developer.
