Ms. Dotson has focused primarily on outpatient orthopaedic care during her career. She is a graduate of Clark State Community College in Springfield, Ohio.

Ms. Dotson has expanded her knowledge by continuing education course work in clinical biomechanics and rehabilitation of the foot and ankle including concepts and principles which emphasize current and innovative approaches to the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic dysfunction.

Additionally, she has participated in course work on the Pilates Method for use as therapeutic and corrective exercise with focus on core strength, stabilization and fluidity of motion.
